Winter 2012-2013 City Snowfall Forecasts

Here it is! Every year the one forecast I am asked for the most is "How Much Snow Will I Get?". So, here is the forecast you are asking for. I am providing the break down forecast by regions for key cities for the forecast snowfall for the winter of 2012-2013 (October-April). When you look at the tables you will see the city name followed by the forecast snowfall for this winter with the percent difference from normal in parentheses. Use the percent difference from normal to help figure above and below normal classification. I use this to decide:
<80%: Much Below Normal
80%-89%: Below Normal
90%-110%: Near Normal
111%-120%: Above Normal
>120%: Much Above Normal
